The way we navigate and lead at this time has the potential to literally change the course of life on our planet.

We are tasked with intentionally creating new systems for food, water, energy, education, health, economics, global governance and how we work and survive—in other words pretty much everything!

BUT, the ways of thinking, being and doing that got us into this mess are NOT the same ways of thinking, being and doing that will create the conditions for us to not just survive into the future, but thrive.

 
 

Meanwhile we live and lead in an age of mass distraction, systemic trauma and a human species enacting the legacies of  colonization, patriarchy, racism, ableism, capitalism… even when we think we aren’t...


This is why we gather.
